Juan was extremely efficient, responsive and professional. He did an amazing job on the carpet and worked out stains I was convinced had been there forever and were never coming out. The carpet looks and feels so clean, and as someone who has to deal with a very old carpet in an old building in the city, it makes it feel elevated and fresh.
